Consulting and support
Infoart provides complete support for both their own and third-party applications, as well as for all technologies on which they are based.
There are three levels of support: basic communication with IT personnel at the customer site, communication with the help desk for solutions for which the client seeks help, and communication aimed at correcting any errors identified in the software (debugging and additional development). Development and project support follow all legal and technological innovations, and general improvements, such as improving interfaces and adding new functionality, are automatically provided to the user through a support agreement (if defined as such). Support operates non-stop: it starts before installation, continues during solution implementation and afterwards, during each day – until the end of the life cycle of every Infoart software product.
